利用規約
この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、ぱんだステップ（https://panda-step.com/）（以下「当サイト」といいます。）が提供する学習教材プリント等のサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用になる方（保護者、教師などを含む全ての利用者）は、本規約に同意のうえで当サイトをご利用いただくものとします。
なお、本規約の日本語版と英語版が作成されておりますが、両者の内容に相違がある場合は日本語版が優先して適用されるものとします。
第1条（適用範囲）
本規約は、当サイトをご利用いただくすべての利用者に適用されます。
第2条（未成年者の利用）
当サイトは主に児童向け教材を扱っていますが、未成年者（18歳未満）が本サービスを利用する場合には、親権者または法定代理人の同意を得てください。未成年者が本サービスを利用した場合、親権者の同意があったものとみなします。
第3条（著作権およびコンテンツの利用）
当サイトの教材プリントや画像などのコンテンツの著作権および知的財産権は当サイトまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。無断転載・配布・改変は禁止します。印刷物にクレジット表示（サイト名やURL等）がある場合は削除・改変せずにご利用ください。
第4条（教材プリントの利用許諾範囲）
- 利用できる範囲:
家庭学習、学校、塾、学童保育、地域イベントなど教育目的に限り、無償で印刷・配布可能です。 - 禁止される行為:
無断アップロード、電子データのままの再配布、有償配布、内容の改変、クレジット削除は禁止します。
第5条（一般の禁止事項）
利用者は以下の行為を行ってはなりません：
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 犯罪に関連する行為
- サイトの運営妨害行為
- 他の利用者になりすます行為
- その他、当サイトが不適切と判断する行為
第6条（免責事項）
当サイトは教材の正確性・有用性を保証しません。コンテンツの利用によって生じた損害について、当サイトは一切の責任を負いません。すべて利用者の判断と責任でご利用ください。
